Raleigh Music Collective - Day Camp

We are so excited to be able to host Raleigh Music Collective once more for an all day music camp for kids from our city. To serve both our friends with Raleigh Music Collective as well as our own neighbors, we are planning to provide volunteers to help with break times, set up for the final recital, and clean up at the end of the day. We want to be good hosts and serve our friends and neighbors well. 

Volunteer Time Block Descriptions: 

• Morning Break Helpers / 9:30-11:30am: We need 2-4 volunteers to help with break times. There are two thirty minute breaks and potentially a couple 15 min transitional breaks. We just need a few people to help supervise general recreation on the playground and other outdoor areas.
• Afternoon Break/Lunch Helpers / 12:15-3:15pm: We need 4-6 volunteers to help with lunch time supervision as well as one break time period in the afternoon. These times will allow the RMC teachers to get a much needed break during their long day and we are very happy to serve them in this way. This group will also be in charge of cleaning up the Kids Building and readying it for Sunday Morning. 
• Recital Set Up & Clean Up Helpers / 3:00-5:30pm: We need 4-6 volunteers to help transition the gym from a learning set up to the final recital set up by helping move the chairs. This group will also be in charge of helping clean up the spaces the Family Life Center at the end of the day. This is a more task-oriented time block. If you just want to come help by setting up and cleaning up - this is the block for you!
