We hope you will quickly feel right at home as a part of our church family! If you're a regular person, with ups and downs, accomplishments and failures, strengths and weaknesses... you'll fit right in. We bring it all to Christ, together.
Update: Currently there are two Sunday morning worship services, at 9:30 and 11:00. Please see our current Covid-19 info for details about attending in-person. Both services lean towards a modern style, and we are waiting for the right time to also restart our 8:30 traditional style Chapel Service when that can be done safely. At this time the 11:00 service is streamed live.
At North Ridge you'll find a wide range of young and seasoned adults, as well as many singles, couples, families, and kids, and all in a wide variety of casual to formal dress. Anyone with a sincere worshipful or seeking heart is welcome!
We usually celebrate the Lord's Supper (Communion) on the first Sunday of each month. If you are a follower of Jesus Christ, and He is your Lord, you are welcome to participate in Communion; you don't have to be a member of North Ridge Church.
After the service, it is common for people to spend time in response, receiving or ministering in prayer for one another in the front or throughout the sanctuary as needed. Always feel free to come forward during or after a service; we would be honored to serve you in prayer ministry for any need in your life. It is our joy to listen, and respond in Jesus' name as He directs.
Nursery Care, Kids Classes, and Children's Church are all available on Sunday Mornings. Each of these ministries takes place in the NRC Kids Building, directly behind the main sanctuary. Especially if you have a child for Nursery Care (infants-age 2), you may want to go to the Kids Building first for child check-in, and then go to the sanctuary.
Kids who would like to attend Children's Church (age 4-grade 2) are dismissed with the morning's teachers during the service, usually just before the message.
We are located at 7601 Falls of Neuse Rd, in North Raleigh, just north of Ravenscroft School, or 1.5 miles south of I-540. There are two entrances to our campus, with plenty of parking in front and behind the main church building. The front doors to the church are located directly underneath the tall brick tower with a white cross, easily seen from down the street. The NRC Kids Education Building is directly behind the sanctuary, and next to that you'll see the Family Life Center, home of the North Ridge Basketball Academy.
