Every year we like to gather and just enjoy each other's company with lot of yummy Christmas goodies. This year we are excited to add a fun element to our annual get-together. We are going to be have Christmas Bake-Off! Anyone who would like to participate will bring an item(or items) to be judged by a panel of judges. There will be four different categories: Cakes, Cookies, Pies, & Miscellaneous (Pastries, Sweet Breads, Candies, etc.). Each category will have a winner - prize included! This will be a light-hearted and fun competition and we hope many of you will enter!
Even if you don't participate in the Bake-Off... Come on! Bring your family. Try out some of the Bake-Off Entries. Enjoy a time of fellowship with our church. You are welcome to bring a dessert to share that will not be entered in the competition!
We will also have a special Gingerbread House Decorating competition for the Kids! We will be giving out gingerbread house kits to any kid who would like to participate. Take the kit home, decorate it with the provided supplies and/or other fun treats, and bring it back with you all to the Christmas Fellowship. The whole church will vote on their favorite. Every participating kid will get a prize, but there will be a special prize for the winner!
