Important details!

You will be registering separately for the retreat event and sleeping accommodations, making two separate payments, one to the hotel and one here for the retreat event.
PLEASE READ THE FOLLOWING CAREFULLY!

STEP 1: HOTEL RESERVATION

Reservation window - January 6 - April 4. Best if reservations are made around January 6 to insure there is a room available. You will not be charged until  you check in.

Only one person should made the reservation on your card and your roommates will need to pay you their portion. 

COST OF THE ROOMS:

2 per room $139+tax
3 per room $92.67+tax
4 per room $69.50+tax

Each room is a 2 room suite with a living room/queen sleeper sofa/table and chairs/microwave and fridge and either a king bed or 2 doubles in the other room. You will need to specify king or double. Room may have no more than 4 occupants. Contact Margaret Jordan if you plan on bringing your teen daughters.

RESERVATION OPTIONS:

  • CALL 1-800-EMBASSY and state that you are with the Alliance Women group to get the correct price of the hotel room.

IMPORTANT: YOU WILL NOT BE ABLE TO COMPLETE REGISTRATION UNTIL YOU HAVE RESERVED YOUR ROOM. Reservations cannot be made over the phone

 


STEP 2: EVENT REGISTRATION 

Event fee scale:

  • January 6 - Feb14  $105 
  • February 15 - March 15  $115
  • March 16 - April 4  $125

Included in your Event registration: Saturday lunch and dinner. Breakfast on Saturday and Sunday will be included in your hotel reservation. Friday night dinner and Sunday lunch are on your own.
